Job Summary
Supervise all community associates and ensure the property adheres to tax credit requirements. Respond to resident requests promptly, resolve issues, and directly manage marketing efforts while assisting with lease paperwork and renewal strategies. Review resident files to collect outstanding balances and enforce leases to maximize revenue. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, track utilities, and organize resident activities to maintain loyalty. Research market competition quarterly to align rates and concessions, then lead maintenance of occupancy, collections, and expenses. Collect rents and deposits daily. Requires three years of experience in multi-family housing, a valid driver's license, and English proficiency. Peak Living offers 3 weeks of PTO, medical/dental/vision plans, and 401k matching.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience as an onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar industry.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must have the ability to communicate in English.
Desired Qualifications
- College education, CAM or ARM certification preferred.
- Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation preferred (for LIHTC)
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation preferred (for Section 8)
- 1 year of experience in LIHTC communities.
