Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II for dual-site, Windsor communities in Dallas (Windsor West Lemmon and Windsor Fitzhugh). Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance across apartment homes and common areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, and carpentry. Must have 2+ years of multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience, familiarity with safety systems (sprinklers/alarms), and ability to use smart devices and property management software to maintain records and complete work orders. Requires participation in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergencies. Certifications: EPA Type II preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days; CPO preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days. Requires flexible schedule, some weekend work, and on-call rotations. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work and participate in on-call rotations
- Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms)
- Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion
- Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools
- EPA Type II certification preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
