Job Summary
Dual-Site Apartment Maintenance Technician II at Waterside Place by Windsor and The Victor by Windsor in Boston, MA. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance across apartment homes and common areas with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Requires intermediate competency with building safety systems (sprinklers/alarms) and ability to use smart devices/property management software for accurate records and work order completion. Must be available for rotating on-call after hours and weekend emergency response. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance
- Site-specific certifications such as EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work and participate in the on-call rotations
