Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations for two MALIN+GOETZ stores (NoMad and NoLita), lead a team of retail specialists, and drive store sales goals. Responsible for inventory management, marketing, and building the store’s client base while choreographing daily activities of the team. Exhibits entrepreneurial ownership, schedules flexible retail hours, identifies training needs with the Training and Education Manager, and supports merchandising directives and in-store activations to boost customer service and sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of management experience in a retail environment
- Strong experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
