Job Summary
Conduct solicitation calls, sales tours, and client entertainment for Leisure, Business Travel, SMERF, and Group segments to attain assigned sales, revenue, and call goals. Mentor and train Sales team members while monitoring market trends and evaluating performance metrics. Maintain strong visibility in local community and industry organizations, participate in special promotions, and attend required management meetings. Work independently with multiple tasks, adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality's established sales standards and regulations. Manage operations and policies of the hotel and applicable departments while approaching all encounters with a service-oriented manner.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of previous Hotel Sales experience
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Developed verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge especially Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks
- Strong organization and presentation skills
