Job Summary
Oversees overall operation of the Transportation Department; duties include supervising staff, coordinating valet/dispatcher operations, ensuring customer service, enforcing policies, completing required training within nine months, attending necessary meetings, and managing on-site transportation operations including porte cochere, parking garages and lots. Directly supervises staff, handles vehicle damage reports, schedules breaks, and ensures staff behavior and appearances comply with policies. Requires 18+ with a high school diploma (associates preferred), valet/guest service experience, supervisor experience, good communication, problem-solving, and the ability to drive all vehicle types in a fast-paced casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree preferred
- Two (2) years of Valet or related guest service experience preferred
- Minimum one (1) year supervisor experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Must be able to drive all types of vehicles
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to substantiate a safe driving record within the parameters acceptable to our liability insurance carrier
