Job Summary
Deal accurately and efficiently at assigned table games including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, and Baccarat. Receive wagers from customers, pay appropriate game outcomes, and perform precise chip and cash transactions while maintaining game security and protecting company assets. Adhere to all company policies, state regulations, and established procedures to ensure prompt, courteous service. Enthusiastically support customers by explaining rules and promoting departmental standards. Requires ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with strong math skills for calculating payoffs.
Required Qualifications
- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Must be fluent and literate in English
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to figure payoffs
Desired Qualifications
