Job Summary
Oversee dual-rate table games floor operations by managing dealers, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Direct work assignments, conduct performance observations, and approve gaming cheque fills while maintaining inventory counts at shift start and end. Verify customer identification, answer inquiries regarding payouts and procedures, and clean designated work areas. Address minor disputes and enforce casino policies to maintain game integrity. Requires prior management experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Maintains a knowledge of Table Games
- Must be knowledgeable in the games they oversee and know the requirements of the positions (dealers)
- Excellent oral or written (legible) communication techniques
- Prior management experience
