Supervise and deal on the dual-rate gaming floor, managing 13 table games while overseeing dealer performance, approving counts, and resolving guest complaints. Direct team operations by assigning work, conducting performance appraisals, and enforcing Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Handle minor disputes and verify customer identification during high-energy shifts. Part-time role with flexible hours; pay increases to $29.90/hour upon meeting game-offered metrics. Required Qualifications
- At least 1+ years of prior dealing experience
- Must have a strong leadership presence
- Guest service skills
- Must be knowledgeable in the games they oversee
- Must know the requirements of the positions (dealers)
- Excellent oral or written (legible) communication techniques
- Prior management experience
