Job Summary

Execute security duties on assigned shifts, protecting guests and Seneca Gaming Corporation property while maintaining high standards of guest service. Supervise Security Ambassadors and Officers, providing direction, coaching, and oversight to ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols. Respond to critical situations including medical emergencies, conflicts, and incidents such as assaults or larceny, utilizing de-escalation techniques and outstanding verbal communication skills. Perform Class III gaming security tasks like asset transfers, table fills, and slot escorts, while assisting in internal or external investigations and maintaining strict confidentiality. Complete incident reports, manage equipment and key inventories, and enforce disciplinary action when necessary. Work a 24-hour schedule adhering to all regulatory and departmental guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to use approved software programs for Security duties (such as report writing software, Dispatch software, etc.) as well as programs such as Word and Excel
Must possess an understanding of legal ramifications and implications of various employee and customer actions
Must have proven guest service experience
Must be able to work in an intense and fast paced environment where a high degree of concentration is necessary to perform the required job duties
Must complete all required SGC Training programs within nine (9) months from commencement of employment
Must be able to successfully complete CPR/First Aid Training Course
