Job Summary
Conduct high-volume cash operations by exchanging chips for cash and managing deposits, while supervising cage shift activities including AML compliance, security accountability, and team performance monitoring. Investigate cash variances, handle customer inquiries, and prepare W-2G forms for jackpot winners. Perform cashier exchanges, slot hopper fills, and table games credits while maintaining Marker Bank accountability. Work full-time in a fast-paced casino environment requiring proficiency with the Ten Key Adding Machine and strong public communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in high volume cash operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in using the Ten Key Adding Machine
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to communicate well with the public
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to work in an intense and fast paced environment where a high degree of concentration is necessary to perform required job duties
- Ability to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and standing at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift
- Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment
- Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis
- Sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone
