Job Summary
Conduct gambling games such as Blackjack, Craps, or Roulette while following applicable rules and regulations. Respond to visual and oral signals from customers and colleagues, manage game integrity, and maintain a courteous atmosphere for players. Perform quick math calculations for bets and payouts, and assist customers in understanding gaming rules. Monitor gameplay, settle disputes professionally, and ensure compliance with policies to enhance customer experience while maintaining alertness and stamina through prolonged periods of standing and manual dexterity.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with dealing casino games such as Blackjack, Craps, or Roulette
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain physical and mental stamina in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle money and chips professionally
- Ability to manage player disputes
