Job Summary
Dual Rate Shift Manager/Floor Supervisor overseeing casino gaming operations (table games, slot machines, and other gaming activities) with a focus on compliance with gaming regulations, maintaining game integrity, delivering exceptional guest service, and collaborating with security and compliance teams to prevent fraud and resolve disputes. Responsibilities include overseeing daily table games operations for efficiency and revenue optimization, supervising dealers and team members, monitoring performance and daily reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations including MICS and Title 31, and assisting with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Required skills include strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, knowledge of table game rules and procedures, ability to make sound decisions under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and casino management systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of Casino Table Games management or related experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
