Job Summary
Two Seattle luxury residential high-rise communities require a hands-on General Manager to provide overall direction and leadership for all on-site departments, including maintenance, housekeeping, concierge, and engineering. Responsibilities include governance and financial stewardship, risk mitigation, resident trust, budget development and financial reporting, vendor and owner/developer partnerships, inspections, safety, and ensuring exceptional service for residents and guests. The role entails coordinating with accounting for monthly financials, supervising staff, managing performance, and maintaining strong communication with community organizations and public relations entities. The GM will drive operating goals, capital improvements, contract management, and compliance across properties, and must be able to work evenings, weekends, and respond to after-hours needs.
