Job Summary
Organize daily schedules of visits to facilities and private residences to collect specimens as per physicians' requests, planning routes based on courier times and specimen integrity. Perform phlebotomies, connect/disconnect holter monitors, and conduct ECG tracings. Collect and deliver specimens to designated labs, accessing, spinning, and preparing samples for transport. Book patient appointments, explain collection protocols, and liaise with doctors and facility staff regarding scheduling or specimen issues. Requires a valid Class G driver's license, three years of driving experience, and phlebotomy experience. Full vaccination status is mandatory. Part-time shifts run Monday through Saturday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Access to a vehicle
- Minimum of three (3) years of driving experience
- Clear driver's abstract
- Satisfactory criminal reference check
- Phlebotomy experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to maintain the strictest standards of patient privacy and confidentiality
- Fully vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccinations
- Booster shot for this role
