Dual Licensed Treatment Plant Operator -Water & Wastewater

Operate and maintain water treatment facilities, processing, and testing equipment to purify water and meet permit requirements. Troubleshoot and diagnose operational problems, taking corrective action per procedure. Monitor flow meters, gauges, pressures, and controls through instrument panels and programmable logic control units. Record operating conditions and data in shift logs while ensuring conformance to process specifications. Perform routine and preventative maintenance, conduct field laboratory tests for chemical dosages, and report suspected malfunctions to a supervisor. Maintain strict compliance with safety and environmental requirements. Requires dual Class C Water and Wastewater Operator licenses, a valid Florida driver's license, and one year of experience.
