Dual-Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician needed for Equinox Spa in Hawthorne, CA. Responsibilities include analyzing, consulting, and performing massage treatments (25, 50, and 80-minute sessions) including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish modalities; maintaining a professional, comfortable setting; directing efforts toward member satisfaction; performing facials and body treatments, waxing, and related services; ensuring the treatment room is cleaned after each shift; cross-training in Stone massage, pre-natal, craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and Reflexology; opportunity for growth into management within the organization; strong communication, positive energy, and a dynamic group-building personality; excellent computer literacy; compensation includes pay transparency with per-session and hourly components and potential bonuses; must have a legal right to work in the United States; location emphasizes Hawthorne, CA with in-person remote option.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid CA Massage Therapy license or certification
- Must possess a valid Esthetician license
- Cross-trained in multiple services including Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy and Reflexology highly preferred
- Must have specific training in facial and body waxing
- Must be willing to develop a practice within our corporation while developing their own skills and knowledge
- Evening and weekend availability a must.
