Job Summary
Dual-Licensed Spa Therapists and Estheticians at the Equinox Spa in La Costa perform professional massage and facial services to enhance member satisfaction. Massage Therapist duties include analyzing, consulting, and performing deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages; maintaining a clean treatment space; and supporting member outcomes. Esthetician duties include performing facials and body treatments, directing efforts toward member satisfaction, and potential growth into management within the company. Must hold CA Massage Therapy license or certification and Esthetician license, with waxing training; 1-2 years of experience preferred; full-time with evening and weekend availability; cross-trained in Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and Reflexology. Compensation includes pay per session ($39.50-$43.50) and non-session hourly rate ($17.75/hr); must have legal right to work in the United States. Location: Carlsbad, CA; in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid CA Massage Therapy license or certification
- Must possess a valid Esthetician license
- Must have specific training in facial and body waxing
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
