Job Summary
Perform massage and esthetic treatments in a professional setting, analyzing member needs and directing efforts toward satisfaction. Deliver 25, 50, and 80-minute sessions including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, Swedish, facials, and body waxing. Clean rooms after each treatment and end of shift. Maintain full-time availability with evening and weekend coverage. Requires dual DC licenses in massage therapy and esthetics, plus specific training in waxing. Cross-training in stone massage, prenatal, craniosacral, and reflexology is preferred. Full-time practitioners working an average of 20 hours per week per pay period can potentially earn ~$45,000-$65,000.
Required Qualifications
- Dual-Licensed in Massage Therapy and Esthetics
- Valid DC Massage Therapy license
- Valid DC Esthetician license
- Must possess a valid DC Massage Therapy license
- Must possess a valid DC Esthetician license
- Must have specific training in facial and body waxing
- Must be available on a full-time basis
- Evening and weekend availability a must
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience is preferred
- Cross-trained in multiple services, including Stone massage, Prenatal, Craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and Reflexology
