Job Summary
Plan and support instruction in all content areas within a dual language classroom. Meet weekly with an assigned mentor to incorporate feedback into daily teaching. Attend professional development sessions focused on best practices in dual language bilingual education. Participate in all RTAP activities with Lynn Public Schools, DESE, and Salem State University. Work full time while working toward obtaining a bachelor's degree in an education-related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Working towards obtaining a bachelor's degree in an education-related field
- an associates degree or the equivalent amount of credits completed
Desired Qualifications
- Current LPS staff, especially those already working in dual language
- Candidates currently enrolled in Salem State University
