Job Summary
Deliver dual-language social studies instruction and manage classroom activities to support students’ educational and social development. Plan, present and monitor lessons; maintain instructional time, establish and enforce classroom rules, monitor student performance, provide timely feedback, and coordinate with teacher assistants to support instructional goals. Ensure instructional plans align with school and system objectives and support effective communication with students, colleagues, families, and the community.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in education or in a related area that will qualify for licensure as a teacher by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.
