Job Summary
Dual Hotel Chief Engineer responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, and building infrastructure; serves as project manager for in-house projects, coordinates schedules, budgets, and quality control; secures and oversees outside contractors to ensure safety and quality; handles facility and grounds care including pool/spa when applicable; requires 3+ years in hotel/building maintenance, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, supervisory experience, and ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in hotel, building, apartment, or similar maintenance environment
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in preventative maintenance and general repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment and building components
- Project management experience
- Ability to implement and manage projects from inception to completion
- Experience operating and maintaining a pool (when applicable)
