Job Summary
Oversee the operations of two or more hotels to maximize profitability while maintaining high levels of guest service. Responsible for P&L and payroll management, ensuring compliance with licensing and permits, maintaining security and safety systems, and driving property-wide improvements through staff training and development. Lead and mentor a large team, communicate effectively across departments, and analyze data to support business decisions. Requires 5+ years in progressive hotel roles with GM/ AGM experience preferred and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Admin, or related field. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in progressive hotel roles.
- GM/AGM experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Admin, or similar field is preferred
- Strong management skills of large teams
- Developed time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
