Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of operations for two assigned hotels, including daily property tours, staff meetings, and training sessions. Lead sales efforts by meeting clients, hosting receptions, and driving daily prospecting goals alongside the Director of Sales. Manage financial performance through monthly reviews, budget execution, revenue forecasting, and expense analysis. Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and corporate policies while maintaining high service levels for guests and employees. Conduct regular room inspections, safe audits, and credit meetings to optimize property standards and financial health.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- 4-year college degree and at least 4 to 5 years of related experience
- 2-year college degree and at least 5 to 6 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in Company approved spreadsheets
- Proficiency in word processing
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Strong leadership skills
