Job Summary
Direct all aspects of operations for two assigned hotels, optimizing financial performance while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance. Lead daily ABR meetings with sales teams, execute physical property improvements, and conduct weekly staff training sessions. Tour operating departments, inspect rooms, and perform monthly financial reviews to estimate revenues and analyze expenses. Serve as the primary liaison for guests, clients, vendors, and corporate representatives, ensuring adherence to brand standards and policies. Manage department managers through performance appraisals, coaching, and disciplinary actions while maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- 4-year college degree and at least 4 to 5 years of related experience
- 2-year college degree and at least 5 to 6 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in Company approved spreadsheets
- Proficiency in word processing
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Strong leadership skills
