Job Summary
Lead all operations for two assigned hotels, optimizing financial performance while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance. Direct management teams and front-line associates through weekly staff meetings, bi-monthly credit reviews, and monthly financial calls to maximize revenue and control expenses. Execute sales plans by meeting clients, hosting luncheons, and conducting daily prospecting calls alongside department tours to ensure property improvements and operational adjustments. Manage daily guest encounters, conduct room inspections, and enforce brand standards including safety certifications and training protocols. Perform department manager performance appraisals, resolve workplace issues, and ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- 4-year college degree and at least 4 to 5 years of related experience
- 2-year college degree and at least 5 to 6 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in Company approved spreadsheets
- Proficiency in word processing
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Strong leadership skills
