Job Summary
Undertake friendly debt resolution visits and alternate between on-site engineering and Warrant Officer duties, or focus purely on technical metering for non-Elite roles. Execute safe installation, exchange, commissioning, removal, and maintenance of metering systems, associated equipment, and communication systems across the UK. Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, metering standards, and company procedures while taking ownership of stock, tools, and the company vehicle. Deliver professional customer interactions and collaborate with colleagues to support team and business goals.
Required Qualifications
- An experienced Smart Metering Dual Fuel Engineer
- Industry Qualifications: CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent)
- Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent)
- UK Driving Licence
- Pass a DBS check
- Undertake friendly debt resolution visits to support customers
- Alternate between attending Warrants as the on-site engineer and acting as the Warrant Officer (always supported — never solo)
- Focus purely on technical metering work — no Warrant or debt visits
- The right attitude! and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks

- Able to deliver friendly, professional customer interactions, ensuring every visit reflects our values
