Job Summary
Undertake safe installation, exchange, commissioning, removal, and maintenance of metering systems, associated equipment, and communication systems across the UK. Alternate between attending Warrants as the on-site engineer and acting as the Warrant Officer, or focus purely on technical metering work depending on role assignment. Deliver friendly, professional customer interactions while resolving friendly debt visits and taking ownership of stock, tools, and company vehicle. Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, metering standards, and company procedures. Operate a rotating Monday-Friday shift pattern between 6am and 8pm without on-call duties. Required Qualifications
- An experienced Smart Metering Dual Fuel Engineer
- Industry Qualifications: CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent)
- Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent)
- UK Driving Licence
- Pass a DBS check
- Undertake friendly debt resolution visits to support customers
- Alternate between attending Warrants as the on-site engineer and acting as the Warrant Officer
