Job Summary
Undertake safe installation, exchange, commissioning, removal, and maintenance of dual fuel metering systems and associated communication equipment across the UK. Alternate between attending customer warrants as the on-site engineer and acting as the Warrant Officer to support debt resolution visits. Deliver friendly, professional customer interactions while strictly adhering to health and safety regulations, metering standards, and company procedures. Take full ownership of stock, tools, and company vehicles during shifts operating a rotating Monday-Friday pattern between 6am and 8pm. Maintain compliance with all technical standards and collaborate with colleagues to meet team and business goals.
Required Qualifications
- An experienced Smart Metering Dual Fuel Engineer
- Industry Qualifications: CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent)
- Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent)
- UK Driving Licence
- Pass a DBS check
- Undertake friendly debt resolution visits to support customers
- Alternate between attending Warrants as the on-site engineer and acting as the Warrant Officer

- Able to deliver friendly, professional customer interactions
