Job Summary
Undertake safe installation, exchange, commissioning, removal, and maintenance of metering systems, associated equipment, and communication systems across the UK. Alternate between attending Warrants as the on-site engineer and acting as the Warrant Officer, supported by a team. Deliver friendly, professional customer interactions while ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations, metering standards, and company procedures. Take ownership of stock, tools, and company vehicle. Operate a rotating Monday-Friday shift pattern between 6am and 8pm with no on-call requirements. Requires CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 qualifications, a UK driving licence, and a DBS check.
Required Qualifications
- An experienced Smart Metering Dual Fuel Engineer
- Industry Qualifications: CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent)
- Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent)
- UK Driving Licence
- Pass a DBS check
