Dual Enrollment Program & Outreach Coordinator

Design, develop, and coordinate dual enrollment programs aligned with DKSOE's mission, managing policies, course schedules, and instructor assignments. Serve as the primary liaison for external partners, organizing outreach events, recruitment initiatives, and promotional campaigns to expand program reach. Provide guidance to prospective and enrolled students while researching data to evaluate program effectiveness and enrollment trends. Maintain accurate records, manage program budgets and expenses, and prepare data-informed reports for leadership. Work cross-functionally with faculty, admissions, registrar, and marketing teams to support operations and mentor program staff.
