Job Summary
Conduct route delivery using a 26' box truck with air brakes while properly tracking activity logs and inspecting the vehicle before and after trips. Operate warehouse equipment including order pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts to locate materials on shelves, place items on orders, and unload trucks. Deliver items to the loading area and report any incidents to dispatch. Review incoming material orders and pick tickets to ensure accurate fulfillment. Requires a valid driver's license, DOT medical exam clearance, and ability to lift 50 lbs. This day shift role in Montgomery runs Monday through Friday from 6am to finish with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent
- 1 year of recent Delivery Driver experience
- a valid driver's license
- a good driving record
- Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam
- be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- 1 year minimum of warehouse experience
- 1 year minimum of electric pallet jack experience
- 1 year of lift gate experience
