Job Summary
Dual Director of Revenue Management is responsible for developing and implementing revenue optimization strategies for the Courtyard by Marriott Central Park and Residence Inn by Marriott Central Park. Oversees pricing, inventory management, forecasting, market analysis, and revenue strategy to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall hotel profitability. Collaborates with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Ownership to ensure revenue goals align with brand standards; leads weekly strategy discussions, analyzes STAR reports and market data, and guides pricing across Marriott channels to achieve optimal profitability. Requires strong data analysis, forecasting, and presentation skills, with ability to influence decision-making and manage multi-hotel revenue strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive revenue management experience in the hospitality industry
- Marriott revenue management experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing revenue strategy for multiple hotels preferred
- New York City hotel market experience preferred
