Dual Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Job Summary
Oversees daily F&B/culinary operations and ensures compliance with policies, standards and procedures; assists in ordering supplies (F&B, cleaning, uniforms); supervises staffing to meet guest service, operational, and financial objectives; manages day-to-day operations, maintains the operating budget, and ensures legal obligations are followed; provides exceptional customer service, mentors staff, and supports self-inspections; coordinates cleaning programs, communicates needs to staff, and contributes to achieving brand service culture. Requires hospitality/food service leadership with budgeting, inventory and quality control, and strong team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
