Job Summary
Assist in planning, directing, and supervising daily maintenance operations; oversee repairs and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, life-safety, and building systems; conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, exterior grounds, and back-of-house areas to maintain brand standards; develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment life and minimize disruptions; supervise, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff; respond to emergency maintenance situations and safety concerns; coordinate vendors/contractors, oversee projects, and manage capital improvements; monitor inventory and assist with procurement of tools, equipment, and parts; maintain maintenance records, work orders, inspection reports, safety logs, and compliance documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Two years post high school education preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Supervisory experience required
