Job Summary
DTS Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation and data-focused IT projects, including integration, migration, analytics and reporting. Manages project lifecycle governance (approvals, funding, planning, resource coordination across technical teams and suppliers), develops business cases emphasizing data value and operational improvement, and identifies risks related to data quality, security, performance, and compliance (GDPR and data governance). Ensures solutions are tested, adopted, and transitioned into live service, fostering a data-driven culture with strong stakeholder engagement and coordination across teams. Requires experience delivering data-centric IT projects, governance understanding, and effective communication; PRINCE2 (or equivalent) qualification or ITIL leadership experience is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
- ITIL or leadership experience desirable
- GDPR knowledge or governance/legislation understanding
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience delivering data-focused IT projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple IT/data projects
