DTS Production Control Coordinator

Job Summary
DTS Production Control Coordinator overseeing cylinder manufacturing flow: review and distribute DTS job packets to appropriate departments, ensure orders are separated and delivered within 24 hours of release, maintain 5–7 day lead time while accommodating expedited orders, review routers and job details to determine priorities and pull materials, verify cylinder specifications, generate Bills of Materials, routings, production drawings, and work instructions using established templates, collaborate with Inventory Management to ensure accurate material tracking in the M2M system, coordinate production flow ensuring required components and kitted trays are delivered in sequence and on schedule, assist in transferring completed components to designated staging areas, and maintain workflow continuity across departments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to read tape measure
- Knowledge of blueprints preferred
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with personnel in all departments
- Team player
- Mechanical inclination
- Knowledge of assembly of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
