DTP Artworker (f/m/d)

Job Summary
Manage the technical execution, formatting, and preparation of print and digital assets, including clinical trial materials and copy-based content. Ensure all files meet production standards through detailed quality checks, preflight reviews, and technical validation before delivery. Prepare print-ready artwork by managing complex layouts, colour specifications, and file structures while adapting established design templates and localized materials. Maintain accurate version control, file organization, and asset management within Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Management Systems (CMS). Collaborate with Graphic Designers to preserve creative intent and support Project Managers for timely delivery. You will have 2–4 years of experience in DTP or artwork production, with expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience in DTP, artwork production, desktop publishing, or a similar role within an agency, publishing, or corporate design environment
- Proven experience preparing multi-page documents, publications, and complex layouts for print and digital use
- Strong knowledge of commercial print requirements and technical artwork preparation
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Working experience with Figma, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Fluent English skills (C1 level)
