Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive CRO audits to identify user friction and revenue opportunities across a portfolio of Shopify-based DTC brands. Develop, prioritize, and execute A/B tests on homepages, product detail pages, and checkout experiences while analyzing customer behavior using heatmaps and funnel data. Monitor and improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance, ensuring all sites maintain a PageSpeed score of at least 80 on mobile and desktop. Own GA4 implementation and tracking accuracy, delivering monthly reports that connect optimization initiatives to conversion rates, average order value, and revenue impact. Create rolling 30/60/90-day optimization roadmaps for each account and collaborate with DTC Brand Managers to align website initiatives with broader business objectives. Establish performance baselines within 30 days of onboarding and provide actionable insights rather than simple metric reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRO, website performance, UX optimization, or DTC e-commerce
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, including product pages, themes, site structure, and conversion optimization
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Experience using Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar behavioral analytics platforms
- Demonstrated success running A/B tests and translating results into measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, and customer journey optimization
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A dual-monitor setup (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
