Job Summary
DTC Media Planning Manager leads development, execution, and optimization of integrated media plans for a direct-to-consumer business. Responsible for performance marketing channels, CAC/LTV optimization, budget forecasting, and cross-channel optimization (paid social, SEM, display/native, influencer, email). Analyzes first-party data, market research, and media performance to inform planning decisions; manages budgets and forecasting; conducts competitive analysis and stays ahead of trends; and presents performance insights with clear recommendations. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years in media planning, with strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with media tools, and proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in media planning with focus on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)
- DTC mindset and understanding of customer acquisition funnels
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable media strategies
- Experience with media-specific software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad serving technologies, attribution models, CRM data)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Project management: ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and proactive/agile approach to evolving market conditions
