Job Summary
Lead coordinating and directing warehouse operations within the Mattel San Bernardino Distribution Center, overseeing shipping/receiving and warehouse tasks; provide direction to team members, ensure timely completion of duties, conduct training, and collaborate with supervisors on employee-related issues; requires ability to train across areas (receiving, warehouse, shipping, and promotional assembly), and to deploy IPTs and Wave Planning activities; 1st and 2nd shift availability, with a base hourly rate of $25-$28 depending on location and experience; bilingual (Spanish) preferred; requires High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years related experience; proficient with warehouse management programs and basic computer skills (AS-400 preferred, Microsoft Office).

- Ability to plan, assign, and direct work
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, bills of lading, reports, safety rules/procedures, operating and maintenance instructions
