Job Summary
DTC Consumer Experience Partner responsible for optimizing the user interface, visual design, and navigational structure of Travelpro's digital storefronts globally. Drives improvements in engagement, product discoverability, and conversion rate; owns homepage layouts, PDPs, collection pages, landing pages, and on-site blog content; utilizes AI-native tools to ship faster and test more. Serves as liaison between Creative, Product, and Marketing to translate merchandising strategies into data-informed, conversion-oriented digital experiences. Key duties include front-end strategy across site, global shopping experiences (Shop App, Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop), page design for campaigns, testing and analytics (A/B testing, user testing), content optimization for SEO, and collaboration across Creative, Merchandising, Retention, and Performance Marketing. Requires 5–7 years in UX/UI or eCommerce design, a strong portfolio with performance metrics, and proficiency with Shopify, Figma, heatmaps, GA4, and AI-driven merchandising/personalization platforms. AI fluency and ability to balance aesthetics with conversion goals are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, eCommerce, or related field — or equivalent experience
- UX/UI certifications and Shopify expertise strongly preferred
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms, SEO fundamentals, and analytics tools (GA4 or similar), Klaviyo.
