Job Summary
Hybrid role for a senior Quality Engineering Test Analyst to support DT applications, focusing on test automation strategy, development of automation scripts, and reporting. Will define testing requirements and acceptance criteria, develop and execute test plans (including performance/load testing), monitor test results, and provide technical guidance to test engineers. Collaborates with the Test Lead and Performance Architect to drive remediation actions and improve testing efficiency; familiar with tools such as Tricentis Tosca, NeoLoad, QTest, Octoperf, Load Runner, Selenium, and Cucumber; preferred ITIL and SAFe practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field and 8+ years of applicable work experience; OR an Advanced degree in Information Technology or a related technical field and 5+ years of applicable work experience.
- Proven experience with application development standards, architectures, and best practices.
- Application testing and quality programs.
- Testing tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Tricentis NeoLoad, Tricentis QTest, Octoperf, Load Runner, Selenium, Cucumber.
- Project management and oversight experience.
- Leadership experience in test automation initiatives.
