DT and Catering Technician at Fowey River Academy

Prepare, organise, and maintain specialist equipment, materials, and resources for Design Technology and Catering practical lessons. Maintain workshops and kitchens to a high standard, monitor stock levels, order resources, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and food hygiene. Assist in the preparation of displays, practical assessments, and examination materials while supporting high-level assistance to teachers. Perform duties in line with health and safety regulations, report hazards to line managers, maintain sufficient supplies for lesson delivery, and provide clerical and administrative support as directed.
