To live and model the school’s core values with colleagues, students, parents, officials, fans, and the larger community. Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual athletes and the team. Organize and oversee team practices, competitions, and events, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols. Lead a positive and inclusive team environment that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. The role may involve training to drive our activity buses. This in-person, seasonal coaching position at DSST Montview High School supports a mission-driven educator focused on student-athlete development and community impact.
