Job Summary
Seasonal girls basketball coach at DSST: College View High School. Responsibilities include coaching to improve players’ athletic skills and minds, modeling the school’s core values with students, families, officials, and the community, enforcing school rules and spirit, exhibiting leadership and organizational skills, and willingness to be trained to drive activity buses. Ideal candidate demonstrates mission-driven leadership, a track record of guiding others to achieve outcomes, goal orientation, organizational systems mindset, and a growth mindset; committed to DSST’s college-access mission and culture.
