Job Summary
Plan and teach recreational activities and activities of daily living for adults with developmental disabilities in Jefferson programs. Provide personal care, support community integration, and transport clients locally within Jefferson, Fort Atkinson, and surrounding areas. Maintain accurate reports and ensure a clean, safe environment. Complete paid classroom and on-the-job training to become CBRF-certified. Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo a Wisconsin caregiver background check are required. Available to attend training in Jefferson, WI.
