Job Summary
Plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living; provide personal care; support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities. Transport clients locally (Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and surrounding area); complete and maintain accurate reports; maintain a clean and safe environment. Training provided to become a CBRF-certified DSP/Caregiver after completion. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to submit to a WI Caregiver Background Check
- Available to attend paid training in Jefferson, WI
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- A desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth
