Job Summary
Provide person-centered care and build meaningful relationships while assisting with daily living activities, personal care, hygiene, meals, household support, and transportation. Advocate for residents' rights and monitor their health and well-being, reporting changes as needed. Support community involvement, social connections, and independent living skills within a residential group home setting. Complete required documentation, participate in training and team meetings, and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record. Work part-time evening or day shifts in a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on dignity and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write in English

- Safe driving record
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
