DSP with 2500 Hiring Bonus

Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota (LSS), with afternoon shifts (2:00pm-10:00pm) at homes in Grand Rapids and Cohasset. Provide person-centered care, guidance and encouragement, advocacy, and support in community engagement and essential living skills. Maintain documentation and participate in meetings/training according to regulations and LSS standards. No education or prior experience required. Must have a valid driver’s license (and acceptable driving record), ability to read/write in English, and pass a DHS background check.
